The concept of safety focuses on the body and its defense mechanisms. The concept of peace of mind, on the other hand, focuses on the mind and soul, and activities that protect people’s spirits. As mentioned in blog post #15, the concept of safety, which emerged in 2016, demonstrated and confirmed how consciousness changes due to the stress of experiencing life and death. The concept of peace of mind emerged in 2026. Peace of mind, based on ensuring safety, aims for mental stability. This includes things necessary for people to survive, such as food, living environment, and social activities in which people cooperate. Furthermore, being able to contribute to society brings greater peace of mind. Unfortunately, people cannot always maintain a perfectly calm mental state. Moderate stress is essential for maintaining mental stability. In particular, moderate negative stress is known to activate neurons. It has also been confirmed that recovering from negative stress allows us to feel the joy of being alive, generates new neurons, and improves brain activity. Therefore, activities to recover mental state after negative stress are important. Stress levels are determined by comparing them to the results stored in bodily memory. A will to confront and deal with mental conflict is necessary.

We believe that by dealing with stress, our stress threshold is updated, fostering resilience that makes it easier to overcome stress. To continuously enhance inner peace, it is important to anticipate the future and envision a brighter future. Then, this bright image needs to be translated into the power to take action. This process requires the awareness to solve the challenges before us and the concentration to face them. We believe that activities that enhance peace of mind require anticipating the future and seeing ourselves from that future perspective. Implementing the process described here is a significant challenge, but we are focused on putting it into practice and finding ways to overcome it. By focusing on social issues and accumulating experience through trial and error, we can gain insights to solve these problems. In summary, having amazing experiences that we have never felt before purifies the mind and body and reduces anxiety. This leads to a stronger desire for connection with others and an increased desire for happiness. Furthermore, we believe that stress is reduced, creativity is enhanced, scientific and logical decision-making is promoted, thereby driving innovation and ultimately leading to evolution.
