Blog 15. Concepts for Ensuring Peace of Mind

The left side of the diagram promotes activities for ensuring safety and was created in 2016. I have experimented with and verified various methods for ensuring safety through experiential methods. The right side of the diagram promotes activities for ensuring peace of mind and was created in 2026. The challenge of ensuring safety was to reform awareness through experiential learning using the five senses, to increase awareness and sensitivity to danger, and to sustain awareness of safety. We believe that safety is an activity that transforms the awareness of the body and brain in order to protect the body, reforms awareness, and maintains that state. On the other hand, we believe that peace of mind is an activity that keeps the mind and soul at peace. The most effective method in reforming awareness for ensuring safety was to raise awareness by giving people temporary negative stress. Stress can cause psychological damage if it continues for a long time, but we believe that a moderate amount of stress is necessary to maintain peace of mind.

To obtain peace of mind, we believe it is necessary to understand mental stress both mentally and physically, predict the future, and guide it in a positive direction. I believe it’s crucial to have strong willpower to predict the future, focus your mind, and strive to generate inspiration to overcome obstacles. I believe that maintaining a mindset of daily improvement towards the future while quickly relieving stress optimizes brain neural activity. It’s necessary to continuously activate the brain’s synapses. To improve physical and mental health, it’s important to get more than seven hours of sleep, consume mainly natural foods, and activate muscles with moderate exercise and breathing exercises. By creating a suitable environment, we can improve gut health, promote hormone secretion, and ensure signal transmission to the brain through blood flow. This activates the nerves, allowing us to actively focus on gaining inspiration and continue activities to overcome obstacles. I believe it’s important to switch DNA switches ON/OFF through epigenetics and improve the situation. In the future, I plan to develop specific implementation processes for carrying out the process of peace of mind.
